Weekly Wrap Up

December 2, 2013 by Sarah Leave a Comment

Another week has flown by… Anyone else feel like 2013 in particular has flown faster than any other year? Crazy.

Here’s what was shared this week on facebook…

On the Blog:

  • {NEW} Cream of Asparagus soup – Campbell’s ain’t got nothin’ on me.
  • A really easy way to get probiotics into the kids (and not feel guilty about tomato sauce/ketchup on everything!)
  • My thoughts on Grains

Info posts:

  • Incredible review – Why EVERYONE should have a Thermomix

Recipes:

  • Queso – oh.my.gosh I am in love.
  • The most incredibly unhealthy (but delicious-sounding) Chocolate Lasagne – I’m going to HAVE to do my own healthified version of this.

Awesomeness:

  • Did you know you can order a Kombucha scoby on Amazon? Wow!
  • Jessie Reimers’ new website!
  • My very favourite Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall book
  • The best first chapter book for kids
  • My favourite book series – some things you just can’t ever stop loving
  • Nutritionism – possibly the best nutrition book I’ve read thus far
  • A delicious Sunday feast featuring produce from artisan food producers in Mudgee, courtesy of Hunter Gatherer Co

Ridiculousness:

  • Good for a laugh only. Don’t buy this. Just read the reviews. You’re welcome.
  • If it were up to me, these nifty gift bags would go in the ‘awesomeness’ section… but some of you think they’re a bit ridiculous.

Observation: I’m really enjoying these wrap up ‘reports’. It’s highlighting to me what I did & didn’t share enough of in the past week. More recipe & info posts in the week to come. 🙂

What was your favourite post this week?

xoxo

P.S. Happy December! Christmas is nearly here!
