Peppermint White Hot Chocolate and ALL THE THINGS!

March 12, 2014 by Sarah 28 Comments

Wow. I just received my copy of Keeping it Real, by Jessica of Delicious Obsessions.
And it is so, entirely, completely safe to say that I am very impressed. And hungry now. Thanks, Jessica!

Keeping it Real Ebook Giveaway on Homemade, Healthy, Happy

I want to cook all the things now! Mostly the Peppermint White Hot Chocolate (duh!), but also all the things.

And, you lucky ducks, one of YOU will get to cook all the things for FREE. Okay, so you still have to buy the ingredients. But Jessica has so generously offered to send one of my amazing, incredible readers a free copy of her new ebook, Keeping it Real.

I know you will all love this book. Loads of great recipes, but so much more. Join Jessica as she gives oodles of advice on transitioning to a real food diet, managing a real food diet on a budget, and more. She breaks down which nutrients we need more of, and where to get them. She talks about supplements and soaking nuts, and all kinds of Real Foodie topics. Everyone will learn something from this book.

But the recipes! Those gorgeous, droolworthy recipes. Someone make me some. STAT.

Here are some of the recipes featured in Jessica’s Keeping it Real Ebook…

All the recipes are Gluten Free and Grain Free, but mostly importantly – they are easy, nutritious, and absolutely mouth-watering. There’s something for everyone on the pages of Keeping it Real.

How gorgeously gelatinous is that Homemade Chicken Stock?! I feel nourished just looking at it.

And for the sensitive amongst us, the Bean Free Chilli is a lifesaver. Easy & nutritious – without irritating the gut. Love it!
