Kombucha Kocktail (The Strawberry Daiquiri Edition)

  • 350g ice cubes (about three or four trays of ice cubes)
  • 100g mixed frozen berries
  • 15-20g honey (or to taste)
  • 130g Bacardi rum
  • 160g kombucha
  1. Place all ingredients in the Thermomix jug, and blend for 1 minute on speed 8. Serve and enjoy!
  2. (If using a high speed blender instead of a Thermomix, simply blend on high until smooth.)
